Terms and Conditions

1. Both registered and unregistered clients can submit queries.
2. Queries related to agriculture and allied sectors alone will be answered.
3. Query types: Text / Voice call / Video call.
4. Pay Rs. 100/- per query and keep the screenshot for uploading to submit the query.
5. If more queries, pay multiples of Rs. 100/- equal to the number of queries.
6. Payment is only through UPI (QR / UPI ID / online transfer).
7. For online transfer:

8. Paid amount will be refunded only if we are not capable of answering it.
9. Unregistered clients' queries will be displayed openly on the “Sundry Clients” page.
10. Registered clients’ query replies will be available on their page and can be viewed on login.
11. If you wish to keep the secrecy of your queries, please register and submit queries.
12. Registered clients will get an additional option for clarification on replies.
13. Do not misuse the service; your machine number is registered and will be legally complained if misused.
14. Complaints and legal actions are restricted to the Virudhunagar Jurisdiction only.
